2002 Kawasaki ZRX 1200R.
Only 13k miles
Pretty cool the only year the stripes are inverted going across the bike and they change colors in the sun
And it's stupid fast for a 22 year old bike

That's a clean DT175E in the background. 1977, monoshock? I had a 1977 DT400E that I rode in my college days.

50 +- years ago, I stopped by the Yamaha dealer and took a RD400 for a test ride. I weighed about 135 and it was stupid fast.
I knew I wouldn’t live through owning it.

Are those for sale? If so any idea of the prices?
He's kind of attached to his bikes.
He took the ZRX off the market and I had to talk him into selling it lol
The white daytona special is $10k and the gold one is $8k
He said he might change his mind and keep them

Seller was great to work with. Ran into a little issue.
He came over and put new plugs in it and even offered to buy the bike back.
Gave me a discount since I had to go through the carbs
Holy crap this bike is a beast!
I thought my ZX14R was fast. This one scared the crap out of me lol
Got a new exhaust too. The ding would have drove me nuts.
Came stock from factory with Yoshimura

Back in the day was a Kawasaki guy,

over a few years. I owned the widowmakers. A 355 ,500 at 750 then second year 1974 900 Z1 and ultimately Z1R.
Z one was a great road bike I took an away from Ensenada all the way to Yosemite.
Dumbass me sold them all

I had that happen a few times on mine when I didn't drain the carbs before sitting to long.
