Mussel replacement sticker

Sent in the replacement sticker form on Feb 26th to the CA DMV. Still nothing and the check hasn’t been cashed by the DMV. Thinking AAA may have them, but leaving to Havasu on April 1st. Anyone know if AAA does have them? With a week left, seeking other options- going to have to pay for a stop payment fee soon.

Not required on Havasu. But AAA is probably your best bet

I like where your heads at... this was my next thought too. Change registration to AZ where the boat is used the most.

Never really thought about it to be honest. The trailer is registered in AZ, so not really sure why the boat wasn’t transferred over as well. Just send in the $36 or so dollars every two years and put on the new sticker.

Update- my dad forgot the boat title when he transferred the trailer. And, he never thought about it again.

Unless you have an AZ driver's license it's not worth it. Keep up the $36 every two years. You are much better off than several hundred to Arizona game and fish every year with a part time residency.
