Do you have it on CL? Honestly, when I was trying to find new tenants for my Corona rental I got the most action from CL than anywhere else. I even had it in the MLS and offered out a commission to agents but ended up finding some good people from CL.

If you decide to sell it I'd be happy to help you get top dollar for it!
