Here's a little video edited of 9er (member on here) riding Cactus trail in Whiting Ranch. Said friend borrowed my GoPro to video some of his rides and I wasn't 100% happy with his footage so we hammered up again yesterday to get 4 seconds of extra shots. I haven't ridden in almost 2 years but it hurt but it was also a blast. The helmet "boom" shots are my favorite.

He had a hard time stickin all those brains into his helmet. He ground out 7 rides there this last week just to make this video. He did all the work. You live in whitey town?

It's a small spot in Foothill Ranch/South OC called Whiting Ranch. Better known for Mountain Lion attacks than Moutain Biking. Short but lots of fun. Good quick steep climb and multiple options for downhill. This little sectionis a blast but there is more to come from our local trails.

Gotta love the Fu. And Cigs mad editing skillz. I swear that's more work than riding the same trail, same time, for a week straight.

Yeah, over by the lake, Santa Marg and Fundadores. My company does all the work at ASTERISK, the company where 9ers wife works. Never met him face to face, but have talked to him a couple times on the phone.

What did you use for editing? I've been learning how to use Virtualdub. The Deshaker feature is awesome.

Adobe Premiere Elements. It's fairly GoPro friendly.

Here is a clip we have of a trail called the Cannell Plunge. It is located above Kernville. 27 miles (about 20+ down hill) Last 8 miles drops 5000 feet. This is my first attempt at making a video... enjoy.

Bad Ass Video Cigalert!! That backwards facing shot towards the rider is way smoother then I would think it would be on a boom.

The boom is freaky. Cool but freaky. Almost broke the window in my truck when I turned my head. Doh!

Let me know if you want to build another one - might work pretty good on the zip lines as well...:thumbsup
