First I want to say I appreciate Tamale’s daily rate updates. With that being said, it seems to me he mentions Jobs Reports often, and how they effect rates? So, my question is, with AI and Robotics, will there be future layoffs and unemployment rates go up? Will this have an effect on Interest rates? Just my mind wondering and thinking how AI will change things in the future that may not have been considered of by many of us.

Appreciated. 👍 AI is meant to work with us, not in spite of us. All of the AI tools I utilize make my work more effective, accurate and streamline the process. FYI, unemployment rates definitely have an effect on mortgage rates as do layoffs and hirings.

Yes you can use AI to help. I believe you own the business so you can control where you draw the line.

AI and robotics will be taking jobs. That’s a fact. Everyone who thinks AI is great are not looking big picture.

We are on a bad path.

AI is inevitable. I would concur that AI is not for everyone but it's here and not going anywhere soon.

AI is mutually exclusive. The proof is, it can't admit when it makes a mistake. Think about it.

We’re starting the first of many many steps to incorporate AI into supply chain. The thought is it will replace COTS buyers and build to print buyers will remain

I think so too! It may be many years before it is widely utilized, but I fear for my grandkids. But then again, I think every generation has had the same fear for one reason or another.
