The guy broke down and swam it into the River Lodge Lagoon late in the afternoon. Pulled it up high when the water was up. Walked to get a ride back for trailer or tools. Couldn't make it back. Water went down. Or, he coudln't afford one of those anchor thingys, so just pulled it up high when water was up. If he was trying to jump that levee, he would have at least made it on too the rock.
