What’s the going rate for this gem? I wonder if I could give up two storage spaces (one for each boat) and consolidate to one and fit both boats.

$1,100. It’s in the link at the very top of the post (storage photos and details).

$1100 @ month, WOW, where was I when they passed out the big money  ☹️
“Being poor somewhere else” 👀 sorry that one wrote itself.

My first apartment that 3 of us could barely afford was 1200/mo… similar looking accommodations… just make it cinder block and a metal shower lol storage is interesting these days.

Where I live……… $1100 would be a screaming deal for that space.

Here, that space would go for $25 per square foot, per year.

1350 x 25 = $33,750
diveded by 12 = $2812 per month. That’s the going rate where I live.

High n dry storage for 30’ boat. $1250 per month.

Monthly rate for 30’ boat slip in local marina. $1500 per month.

Just some perspective.

It would be at least $1600 in Vegas.

Havasu units for purchase are running roughly $200 to $220 a foot last time I looked. That puts this at maybe $260,000 to $286,000 +/-. As a result, $1100 a month really doesn’t seem like a stretch.

1100 bucks less commissions, taxes and common area expenses is roughly 3 percent on 260k.

Economically seems cheaper to rent than buy.
