I’ve gotten it directly from the state sites. It’s easy and Ive never heard an issue from anybody who was owed money.

I did from the state on my dad's claim, because I'm the heir, and I have to provide that documentation. I have to mail it all in.

On the one for me, I got an email confirmation with a claim number. It says to check the status after 10 days.
