mercury 400 shift actuator HELP......

Does anyone know a shop that can do it under warranty bye friday.. yes i know.. lol
new 2021 outboard.. yes it took a dump..

I have called a bunch of shops and no go so far..
figured i would post here in hopes to save the weekend
it can san diego area. inland impire. havasu.. yuma..

Have you checked your batteries? I was losing steering last week. Ended up being dead cell in battery.

Batteries are good..
Shows 14.1 volts.
Has smartcraft code shows its shift actuator

It's ready available..
But need to have a shop that has it in stock...

So parts been ordered.
Hopefully shop gets part and can install it to at least be able to boat one day this weeknd..
Otherwise the 3 day weekend for us and nephew's 30th bday will just poolside..
Haven't told nephew or his wife that we may not be boating.... cause sister in law(grandma) has kids weekend while they enjoy them self's

I used a different model when I rigged my Schiada.

Is the part you need in the motor or the shifter handle?

its the shift actuator..
its under warranty(8 hours) so needed a mercury shop to do the claim..
