Is there an RDP go to, like Jason or Jay is with trucks, but for new Mazda SUV sales? I'm out in the IE but am willing to drive to make a deal with a no BS RDP contact. Any lead will help, thanks.

We love Mazda’s and buy through Hello Mazda in Valencia.

Always outstanding sales and service.
If you’re going to get a deal, it’ll probably be with them.

They didn’t get caught up in the Covid panic buying mark-ups either.

Contact them off their website and present yourself as a serious no BS buyer.
Works for us.

Their Kia Dealer is good too.

I dont have a direct dealership contact, but my HS best friend has been with Mazda corporate on the west coast for 8 or more years. I will ask him what dealer he recommends in SoCal.

Texted him -

He said the Temecula dealership is good. His description - “good morals in that group”. He is going to call the executive GM of the Temecula dealership tomorrow and ask for the name of their best no BS salesperson. He says Temecula is the best dealer in the IE for Mazda. He would not recommend going elsewhere.

My buddy opened that store for Hello as part of the Mazda team. He said Hello is the best dealer group he has worked with in his time at Mazda, and he covers the whole west coast. There are 4 Hello Auto Group dealers in SoCal, Temecula being one of them.

Purchased two Mazdas at Tustin Mazda in the past 3 years. Excellent experience and none of that "Included in package" garbage. They won us when it was such a hot day that they hired an ice cream truck and passed out coupons to familes and kids who were shopping for cars.

Wife drops her Mazda off for service and they hand her the keys to a nice new Mazda. No milage hassle, no restrictions no contract.

All service is video’d with narration and texted.
Excellent dealership.

300.000+ miles on her Mazda 6 and never upsold services, not a dime in repairs, just fluid changes, belts/tensioner and brakes.
Reasonable service prices.

Strong rumor Mazda will release a long range in electric mode, plug-in Hybrid with a compact powerful rotary motor for a generator. Holding off all car buying if possible until we check that out.
Need at least 100 miles electric before the motor kicks on is the way we figure it.

Someones daughter on the RDP forum will eventually end up with the Mazda 6 as a practice car and they will be getting a good car.
The engines are so good Toyota and Subaru put them in some of their vehicles.

The Ice Cream Bus is owned by my Daughters boyfriend's Parents. They also own own at Echo Lodge. That is a long term account of her's and works it nearly all summer on the weekends.

The 1.8l engine on my daughters Ford Focus is the only good part of the car. Built by Mazda.

Mazda is on my list for a new daily. I watch a bunch of car reviews but none of them ever discuss the “premium audio” for sound quality/loudness in any detail. Your thoughts on the Bose would be appreciated.

The Bose' in the wifes Mazda eclipses everything else we have in sound quality.
Outstanding.

Wife has a 2014 cx9 it's got 130k on the clock it still runs good. Had a 2010 3 commuter for 14 years it was also a great car. Nothing but good things to say about Mazda. Wife's next car will probably be another cx9.

Tustin Mazda. We purchased a CX90 Preferred from him last Sunday. Because I went in with a referral they split dealer cost profit with me.
Something I wasn't expecting. 3.9% for 60 mo on the CX90 anyway. Possibly others. Laid back, zero pressure, Rossi was good with the longer test drive. The car is pretty tech heavy and when we left we knew the car fairly well. Finance was low pressure and they don't add anything to the car and make you pay for it.

Good to know - I'm looking for a car for my kids and added Mazda to the list a couple weeks ago, they seem to be well-appointed and get great quality ratings. I find some of their styling to be a bit bland, but heck, I'll take bland any day of the week if it's trouble free and has a nice stereo...! Function over fashion.

The new models just now arriving on the lot have more appealing styling. The big mouth front grill toned down quite a bit and more flowing lines.
The Mazda 3 is worth a look for a starter car.
Love driving our Mazda 6, fun to drive. Even with all the miles on it it's a great I15 desert runner to visit Grandma in Vegas.

Bose' Sound systems used to be mediocre', but that's all changed. Really good highs and lows and lots of depth in the bass.
Wife likes a great sound system but listens to AM conservative talk radio. Chix,, damfino.

We purchased our daughters car here and would agree, excellent experience. It was a used 05 Mazda 3 so not a high dollar deal at all but they had it set aside with a sign on it with her name. Pretty cool experience for a first car. And in true RDP fashion we paid all cash! Paying cash was about the only issue. It was late and the cash part kind of put them into a tail spin.

I don’t think a Mazda salesman on RDP is a go matching. 🤣

This is the car. Black real leather with 2nd row captains chairs. Has their new inline 6 with 285 hp and the front wheels are electric powered mild hybrid. Supposed to get some good fuel economy in town. The color kind of shifts with the sun angle.

Aside from the Isuzu Box trucks which I owned several years back this is my first Japanese car I've purchased. Impressed so far. 3.9% 60 month currently also.

Correct. My son sat back there to check them out and with the captain chairs which move forward and back you can create enough legroom for his 200lb 6'1" self.
That's saying something.

The car was right at $45k and all CX90's come with all the mitigation std. Not sure if I like that tech shit or not. Well see.
