Maryland Crab Cakes Delayed

Our Christmas Eve dinner is freezing somewhere in the mid west. not I expected till next week. i ordered these a week ago for a Dec. 24 arrival. Maryland crabs are the best.

Go down to Costco and get a pound of blue crab meat from Phillips for $27. My moms crab cake recipe is great and stupid simple.
They taste the same as the ones we caught on the Chester river and picked ourselves off our pier.

Its refrigerated and pasteurized in a Tupperware like sealed container. I'm telling you its darn good and I grew up on catching our own.

LOL my older brother at our shore house. Ill dig up the recipe. its simple and you can pan fry or oven bake.




Ok here it is super easy. the bread gets cut up to make the base. We bake it but you can pan fry it.

Never did a sauce we liked the pure crab taste but then again carb imperial is killer
