I just wanted to communicate my appreciation for the excellent customer service Bob & his crew provided at Marine Industries West today!!! Over the last few weekends my HP-900 Tabs developed a powder coat problem. Last Sunday before we left Havasu I pulled them off and brought them back to So Cal with intent of having my local shop re-coat them. Before I dropped them off at my local shop I sent Bob an email with a picture attached just to give him a heads up... He replied within a few minutes and requested that I let him make it right. When I dropped them off last week I was shocked to see the incredible amount of new inventory they are creating and shipping so I figured my tabs would be lost in that shuffle. I let his crew know it would be nice if I could get them back by 9/22 but if I couldn't I would completely understand, looking at the stack of orders being processed I didn't get my hopes up... Fast forward to this morning I get a call from Bob informing me my "Tabs Are Ready" come get them. Considering they required stripping, polishing, anodizing, re-coating & re-assembly I'm sure it was though to pull off but they made it happen...
Good customer service is hard to come by these days & I like to acknowledge when it happens... Next time I need something boat related they will be my first call. Now off to enjoy the weekend... :champagne::drink
