Getting ready to head down and film the first one in a half an hour or so..

Stacy wanted to see it early this am so we let up at the riviera so she could look at one. I have to admit for the first one (basically the prototype) showing up it looks really good!

Pics when Stacy checked it out..

Love this side detail that comes up to expose the Chase Toon logo.

Also note the billet stand offs ahead of the motors.

New push button ladder I have never seen before. I like this whole transom program a lot!

Couple of pics when they were fueling at the docks and taking the first owners for a ride.

I really like the walk off stair case and styling associated with it how it rolls into the water.

I also like the styling when the front door is closed.

Looks great, but only one adult beverage holder at the drivers helm?
Have they release prelim pricing?

That’s a good looking toon. The competition is gonna have to play catch up here. Looking forward to hearing how it runs.

Looks bad ass.....total game changer

If i was going to give any feedback from a first visual inspection front i think taking the boat sides a couple feet further back so the rear swim step seats are sandwiched between fiberglass. I think it would look better and provide some security for kids/drunks sitting back there and might also be a great spot for a top mounted cooler or storage cubby.

great job.

Dayum! definitely not your grandpa's pontoon.

Totally digging the styling and the fact that while is a pontoon it doesn't look like one. Cant wait to learn more.

Wow, great outside the box thinking and turned out great for the first one. It will just get better from there.

The only small criticism that “I” have is the T top. My first impression that it reminded me of a golf cart lid. Perhaps the T-top flows better in person than in the photos for me.

It looks great! I am curious how it performs compared to a generic pontoon with the same power. Weight difference, acceleration, etc. Not that it is made to be a speed record holder. Just curious. Looking forward to the full RDP review!

This boat definitely deserves the term "game changer". 👌

Sorry to be a Debby downer, but $300k and they use adel clamps and Ty-wraps to secure the lines running to the Engines, for steering , electrical and fuel?
Maybe it’s a work in progress.

That thing is sick AF! Like others said, this one is bad ass, can’t see what they do from here.

One question, what’s the story with the holes on the sponsons? What’s that all about?

So is this a “chase toon” or a “chaise toon”

The name is throwing me off as if it’s named after the seating arrangement as someone mentioned above it’s spelled chaise.

Not to nitpick, I’ve followed these luxe threads and I always wondered where the name chase toon came from or the background on it.

I’m assuming by them making it one of the most luxurious pontoons on the market they’re going after big money clientele. Meaning “chase toon” for the big guys with much larger cats or v bottoms for the friends that don’t fit to chase them around on?

I have no idea what they were thinking about the name.

But to me, my first thought was this was for guy that already had a 52 MTI and wanted his friends that didn’t fit to be able to join them on poker runs?

Yup pretty spot on! Similar concept to a chase truck…

Doesn’t have to be just for the big cat/v bottom guys though… We’re also building a sweet M19 that this toon would love to chase around! Lol

So are they hollow all the way through? Can’t be. 🤯
No, I would assume there’s a wall/baffle about where the tube disappears under the structure of the boat.

Again, I am making assumptions.

Im still perplexed at what the point of having the ends open like that is. Im
Sure it’s done for a reason but seems like it would not be a great design when it Gillis up with water upon beach in everytime.

Sorry for.not responding sooner been at the lake with customer one doing a photo shoot. The company name is Luxe Custom Crafts and the model is 33 Chasetoon. The name came from when I had my first boat a 21 cobra and I wanted a pontoon to chase the little boat but definitely played off a trophy truck and chase truck.
The reason the wells are open is we use stand off brackets to bolt the motors to the toons, you wouldn’t be able to get the backing plate inside the toon to bolt up the outboard bracket. Some pontoon manufacturers bolt directly to the toon so they just need a small access hole to bolt the motors. But since these are custom built to our specs we could include the well.

It’s been officially 18 months from starting the plug till now. From a napkin sketch to now about 2 years. I’m very proud of our team and what we’ve accomplished

Ah! Makes sense. Thank you for taking the time to explain. Fantastic looking ride. I see nothing but success in your future. Congrats.
