LOTO Shootout 2025 Trip

Well we pulled the pin with a few friends to make the trip this year for a week during SuperCat Fest 2025. It's a bucket list item, all but (1) family have never gone. We have a 28' Magic and 32' Seven (Doug Wright) being pulled out there. Can't wait! Reserved this badass pad too with (2) slips and private launch ramp!

We did the Shoot Out last year and will again this year. Will probably rent the same house as last year. Private dock but no ramp. We used a ramp near LakePAL's place and left truck and trailer at his place. Super cool for him to let us do that because there was no room for truck and trailer at the rental house.

8/18-8/25 which is the shootout week. I read online that SCF East has been combined with that week in the past but I can't find anything regarding SCF in 2025 other than West in LHC.

I didn't know that.

They moved the location of the shoot out near Osage. We're up in Cartwright Creek near Big Dick's Half Way Inn, around MM36 I think. It's a lot farther away than you are but we don't mind running the boats.

If you've never been before I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with how beautiful it is there. The lake is surrounded by trees and lots of incredible properties plus tons of great bars/restaurants to stop at.

I hope to haul out my Formula 336 SR1 from northern NV if I get it done in time. If not, I'll run down to Vegas and haul out my buddy's 34 Hallett which is what we brought last year.

House looks great & back of the cove is huge to kill waves.
It will be VERY rough from where you enter the main channel until you get past Margaritaville @ 25mm. Don't expect to get anywhere fast unless it's early morning.
As mentioned we have 3.5 acres to park trucks and or trailers. Happy to help anyway we can.
