I’m looking to buy (or rent) a smaller enclosed trailer around 10-12 long (square front) to haul clothing and a trade show booth to the LA Boatshow.

Or!

looking to buy an enclosed big enough to dual purpose it for offroad so it would have to fit my can am and a Ranger 150.. so 20+’25?

what’s out there that is a good deal right now?

Interstate is the brand I went with when I bought mine. They were tough to beat on price and decent quality. I ended up with one of their higher end units so I cannot speak for quality on the lower end stuff.

if it is just the show you are worried about, rent a U-Haul. If you need one longer term, you still might want to rent for this and then order specifically what you want. Unless that is a cheap striped out white contractor unit..... Then they are in stock and ready to roll.

I was thinking UHaul as well but a nice enclosed trailer could act as a third stall on that Garage and a complete Section 179 deduction. After all you need it for RDP. you might as well go wide and long. 102" wide and nothing less.

With all the issues with people leaving CA you might want to call u-haul and ask for a discounted price if you bring one into the state for them. :aniteef:

Haul n It in Havasu has many options and good pricing, there is also a place in Kingman, Trailers Plus, both have a good inventory, google them, their sites show what they have and pricing. I need to buy one as well.

I've seen you pack a wife, three kids, luggage for said before and mega Christmas presents from three stops, into one SUV. I think you could get a few hats and shirts in there.:D

I would think 1 less limo, and spend your money on something practical. You do ask some dumb questions sometimes, for being a business man.

Size wise are you limited for show?

Not sure your little f150 would be happy towing my trailer

I got this one.... It would work as vendor trailer , Hauler , whatever....
All Aluminum and a GVW of 10k has a winch mounted inside too in case the toys don't drive in on their own.
2017 model year
28ft long
bench and cabinets in the nose

I don't even need an enclosed right now, but I sure as hell want that! Nice trailer.

How much? That’s beautiful!

23k. There are a couple other things on it too.

Winch
Generator
Etrack on the floor and walls
Matching spare tire
Elec landing leg
Drive over fender on the curb side, The driver side fender is removable so you can open the door on your vehicle your loading.

Its a good trailer , I just need a stacker...I have too much shit im trying to get places...

That is a lot of $$ for a 20yo trailer.
Since this will be a business asset, RD should purchase something newer that the business can use and depreciate appropriately.

Dave should just hire someone to drive it out and set it up. I'm sure there are a few who would do it for free boat show vendor passes, lunch and beers. ;)

WTF, I must be doing this wrong.
Moved a chair from Carlsbad to Havasu for RD, overnighted his computer over Christmas as well.
All I got in return was good karma. Hoping for a hookup on swag when I see him next :)

If he does it right, he'll never have to hitch up anything again. ;)

I always thought an RD handshake (fist bump), included an "RD SUXS for Prezident 2020" decal? :D

If one of those long haul guys owe you a favor, you can't beat the prices of enclosed trailers from Georgia and Florida. You can buy a brand new 24 foot enclosed for about $4300!

I would think 1 less limo, and spend your money on something practical. You do ask some dumb questions sometimes, for being a business man.

Not sure how I missed this earlier.. LOL

My limo was extremely practical for me at the time I purchased it. I was crippled and couldn't get in and out of my truck, and it was easier to get in and out of the limo. Being in low spirits I had a lot of fun with friends with it and it helped with moral I guess you would say.. Being a solid 6K investment I already got my money back out of it and then some, and now I get to sell it for upwards of 10K.

My party bus we have had so many good times in already I can't even count, and some of the most epic nights of my life. That one was a solid 6750.00 investment because I split it with a friend.. He'd buy me out today for double that if I let em.. But I found a good use for it to make us $$ and up the networking quite a bit around town for the other biz.

I'm not sure how asking what a good deal is out there right now = dumb questions for a biz man.. Found a bad ass 25' enclosed for cheap and now I own it.
