I live in the property next to it (above it). 25 miles from St. George, 45 minutes from Cedar City or 45 minutes - a hour from Mesquite. The view is of the Pine Valley Mountains. 4 seasons, winter is not too harsh, usually no more than 6 -8 inches of snow at a time. Elevation is about 5380'. RV barn is 30 x 38 with electricity (2 RV 30 amp outlets also). Water is available ($5000 meter hookup fee). Lota of wildlife in the area. 3 hours from the ramp at Powell. I know the area well, we have some family friends who live in Enterprise and i've driven through Central quite a few times.

Beautiful area, and a great option. Just keep your CA ideals at home if you are thinking about moving.

I travel killer $ I’m in calif now up and down the coast , Ut shit ton of work Going on ( everyone from calif ) moving in Im not sure on wages been along time that I worked in Ut when we have stuff done / projects on the ranch prices are fair we always give cash , just had the fence re placed on our 5 ac they did a great job I’m not sure how much $ wifey took care of it , Mormons won’t bother you 99% are great .

Look at Gardnerville Nevada, backside of Tahoe just 30 minutes to Reno, 15 to Carson city. No income tax and gas is $2.00 a gallon. Two lakes nearby.

Yep, The only way to get your mail. Mine is 2 miles away except its on a dirt road so I get to choose. Dirt road or trail on the quads. Jeep when it rains.
