on the hunt again, needs to be good with a/c and computer diag.. would love to find someone late 20s early 30s that wants to stick around for a while..

The young guys do the shot - gun approach to fix cars , throw as many parts at it as possible until it runs right .

not always the case, im 27 and never throw parts (unless im angry:rolleyes:)
and the guy i am trying to get back is 31 and he is one of the best techs ive ever worked with, hes just having trouble commiting to moving out here from riverside..

seems like he gets worse after those talks..got a msg from my buddy, he might be coming back.. not holding my breath but itd be a huge help..

16 flag out there not bad at all im making 25 flag at toyota flag wage goes up with more hrs :cool:

we pay a tad less down here ;)
27 was the most I paid in CA, that individual was $2 higher than anyone else I had and was absolutely NOT worth it! Guy was a tool...
30 was the highest at any shop I worked at after my service director gig dried up.
Here in Vegas mid 20's is where the guys are at...

I guess lots of factors come into play?most of all cost of living, Vancouver is a expensive area to buy a house, 500k is not much around here which sucks, i would be better off making 25 hr and be able to get a house for 200k i think...

Not sure who you would talk to,try to contact Veterans coming back from the wars.Those guys kept stuff running in those shitholes and now need a good job.

Yea Id like to find a good commercial service electrician for $20 -25 an Hour But good luck !!!!!!!

Good luck with that, a lot of contractors up here pay their good service guys foreman wages to keep them around. Or used to before the shitty economy took over. I imagine they have weeded them out now and just pay scale:thumbsup
