Long Beach Mooring??

I have a friend that bought a 60' Tolly in Longbeach has temp Moorage until May, He is hoping to keep the boat in that area thru the summer or longer..He will move back to the Delta after hanging down South..Any leads?? I know it is tough but thought somebody here may have an inside track...Thanks Big Dawg

Little down the road but im on Hunting harbor waiting list and they call all the time with open spots, not sure how many 60ft spots come up.

alamitos an dlong beach you can get on list, seen some on craigslist every once in a while, also.

…Semi worst case scenario… A bunch of marinas in the LA harbor/Wilmington …Newmarks yacht center… Yacht Haven…etc…
…Tolerable if you can deal with being a couple hundred yards away from the Mattson Lines… Todds scrap metal… Where you might have to listen to the electric magnet drop steel into Japanese freighters all night… I suppose it’s better than being anchored outside the Breakwater… there are quite a few 60 foot slips in that area…

It's nice down there. Cousin has 1 of the slips for his 57' if I recall $3K a month. Friend has 2 of the 120' slips.
