I'm sitting here waiting to hear what's going on with my mom. She came back to the hospital Sunday for difficultly breathing. She's basically function on 1 lung. I got a call at 850am saying they were rushing her to ICU. Not sure what is going on at this point.

I just had to inform her sisters that in the event she needs life support that we made the decision not to put her through that.

For those of you who's mothers are still around, call them and tell them you love them. I was able to tell her that last night before I left her.

I hope and pray that she pulls out of this.

Please say a prayer for my mom. Not the one to ask these kinds of things. But she needs it right about now.

I kick myself in the ass daily that I didnt talk to my Mom before she passed away. I normally called my Mom about 4 times a week and usually call on Saturday nights. Saturday I got stuck working ona hot project for work and didnt call. She died on Sunday morning.

Fuck man, try not to be sad, she got to be here and see your kids born!!! She has fought the fight of all fights. She was probably worse than she ever wanted you to know. But now that she has witnessed the birth of her grand kids, that fucked up fight is now over.

Losing your mother is a defining moment in a person's life. Everyone that has lost their mom remembers exactly how long it has been. It's a club that we all join eventually, and frankly membership in this club sucks.
