Any recommendations of who's good or who to stay away from ?

Damn 85 bucks and I do pools in Temecula and cheapest I charge is 120 a month…

Poolin around Lake Havasu...I can give you his number. Does ours every Monday. Its around 100 a month. Zero complaints...I can see it from the cameras. If there is an issue he deals with it. Several board members have been in our pool..he keeps it pretty mint.

Josh / Liquid Assets, does all of the commercial stuff in town, Nautical, Topock etc., sharp guy and good guys working for him. They are here at out pool about 45 minutes at a time. Neighbors live in Canada, their guy knows this, he is in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Just got our notice from EverClear that their rate is going up to $120 due to the cost of chemicals etc. We have two friends in the pool cleaning business (not in Havasu) that are also raising their rates due to the rising cost of chemicals.

Why is he "not quite cutting it"?
Did you talk to him?
He's at $21 a week and adds $5 in chemicals during the summer
What do you charge someone for an hour's work?
Did he miss a leaf? pool turning green? Have a lot of plants around your pool?
Do it yourself and see what it takes

Not cutting it is when I ask him to drain and fill the pool like he said needed to be done, but he never does it or answers text When I ask him to replace to give me a estimate to replace some equipment and he ghost me.
I never set his price, he did.
I charge $1365 an hour and respond to my customers.
I cant do it myself since I live 4 hours away.

I just want someone to maintain the pool and actually answer the phone.
