Carson Kitchen downtown is good, Honey Salt is pretty good, it's aways from the strip in a nice area in Summerlin. Town Square will have a bunch of options near the airport.

Peppermill has never failed us. Huge portions! Siegels bagelmania is awesome too!

As other have noted…Peppermill, Hash House and Lazy Dog’s are out go to in town. Peppermill be sure you are hungry portions are huge. Weight can a bit depending on time and day. Hash House has a few locations outside the strip. Lazy dog never had a bad dish there. Planes fly crazy close to the airport.

If you have a bit of time head to Coffee Cup in Boulder City. It is a great little town about 30 minutes east of Vegas. Only open from 6am-2pm. But I will stop there if driving through. Great food and cute town to drive through.

Peppermill now has very tight parking, once had massive parking.
We like the Hash House, several locations around town.
