Las Vegas houses, 1/2 acres all have RV garages!

These are being constructed near me everyone has a half acre lot a nice large two-story house three car deep garages and everyone has a massive RV garage. No signs are up yet the walls been built for about six months.

no gates but I won’t be surprised if they get them. It’s off of wigwam Street just east of Buffalo.

No pricing and no signs yet. I’ll post as soon as I learn but right around the corner they’re building single-story houses on half acres this is our local zoning. Those start in the low 800s. It’s a fabulous area.

This are is 15 min to strip or Mccarran airport, and 5 Min to I-15, rural area, yet everything in no more than 5 years old for shopping , Arroyo Shopping area, Rainbow for food, etc. No apartments close by, NO section 8 stuff, NO hoodrats.

Southwest almost to the edge of the country but 15 minutes to the strip in McCarran, off of Buffalo and wigwam. Five minutes for my I-15. I time you step up to a nice kitchen a few accessories they tell me they’re rolling out at about 845K.

Been down this road before buying new homes .... typically that $845K isn't final pricing and nobody will attain one at that price.... thats merely marketing tease stuff.... They look like semi custom builds to me thus far from these new pics.... owners would have to landscape and figure at 1/2 acre everyones gonna want a pool.... I see this as $1M minimal.

Well maybe you know more than me, and I’ve already been to the location and met with a sales agent. with the premium lot and a few options to make the kitchen a little upgraded he tells me they’re going out at about 845k. I thought an industry and that includes the landscaping which most of the houses are developed in this area do not like my house I got nothing but a piece of dirt.

Let me add you could build your average pool for about 55,000 and something really nice for about 75 to 80 with the decking over the top is going to run you 100.

because of the changes in Fannie-Freddie over the last two years there are many things that can be included in the loan including the construction of a pool upon purchase of a new residence.
