We hired this company to tear out 1400 square feet of concrete and do some concrete work around the house. They showed up with 5 guys, dump trucks and jack hammers. 4 days later and everything is done and cleaned up ready for pavers.

When we finish this step we will start looking at the pavers. I have to run electrical and gas lines for outdoor fireplace, fire ring and barbecue.

I forgot we are also putting new tile on the pool. I want to finish everything before the pavers go in.

Yes were up in the Anthem area. Our backyard looks out in the canyon with new Blackrock Community up on the hill. It is nice to have open space behind us.

I have not got the gas line contractor lined up yet.

Nice up there. I’ve done a bunch of work on that area. Let me know when you get to that point. I’ve done over 150 gas lines out here in the valley over the past 11yrs.

Seems cheap compared to the next canyon over. The entire hill is covered with homes under construction that are in the $6M to above $10M range.

We just sold 14 laser cut panels to a contractor working for a new home developers in that area. All modern designs. They told us by beginning of the year they may get 47 more.

Yes they are building mega mansions all over the hills. The lots alone are over $1M.

1 of the homes in mac ranch will have a gunite pool on the roof, 1st floor and basement all waterfalling into the one below. Definitely some trick stuff up there. This one has walls made from "ramed earth" . Dirt and cement mix conpacted into a form for 30 days they don't add water until the forms are removed.

No just a vacation house close to my daughter. Nice to have our own place close by.
