Anyone know of a good surveyor in Havasu that can shoot lot lines? Neighbor is trying to do stuff while we’re not there pretty close to the property line without talking with us first. Any other avenues we can take with the neighbor?

I've used A. P. L Surveying a few times, always great to work with.

I checked into hiring a survey company for a four corner lot survey. One of the many I called mentioned that sometimes they could dig around and find the original rebar markers. Armed with my tract map I started looking around and found three of the four fairly easily. One had the orange land survey cap the other two just old rebar buried in a vertical position 5 or 6” down. Most companies quoted $800 to $1,200 for the four corner survey service.

We have used a couple. First one I would not use again. Nice people but…

This is my go to right now. They are awesome and on point with great timelines and service.

Try Northwest Land Surveying at 2160 McCulloch Blvd., Suite 104. They've been in business over 40 years and have done several jobs for me with excellent service and a fair price.

When we purchased the vacant lot next to us I was surprised to find out in AZ a property line survey was NOT required. I told the seller I wanted a proper survey. He agreed and we split the fee. I’ll see if I can locate the name of the surveyor. His office was near the corner of Acoma and McCulloch. Good guy.

You can send them a Certified Letter, notifying them of your concerns….

If your house is fairly new, you could call around to find the surveyor that surveyed your home. Their are only a few survey companies in Havasu.

On my lot, the mohave gis map was fairly accurate. 12" x 18" to get a quick overview.
