LAM New to me truck

So I sold my lifted 07 Ford F250 about a month ago to my mechanic of all people. I’ve owned the truck since 2011 and it’s been the longest I have ever kept a vehicle. The plan was to take over possession of the wife’s Explorer and purchase her a new Tahoe after the first of the year. After hauling parts for work in it one day I decided we’ll trade in her explorer and I’ll just buy a work truck. Came across this 2013 Silverado LT and got it for a pretty good deal. At least I think so Mechanically the truck is sound. It has the 5.3 with just a tic over 100k on it. Not sure on what drop it has since the I purchased it from the daughter of the old man who owned it, passed away suddenly in his sleep. It had a few cosmetic issues but I’ll take care of those as I go. Already our head a new rear number for it and have a new grill in order. If anyone is interested in the tire/wheel combo hit me up. They are 22” Texas editions. I’ll be installing old school 20” torque thrust II 2

I removed all the badges and door guards from the truck the other day and had my detailer give it the full treatment with paint correction. Looks way better. Next up will be 20” Torque Thrust II wheels and tires.

Upgraded the tire & wheel combo today. Got rid of the low profile 22” and opted for 20” with more of a side wall. Rides way better.

For sure. I called I guy yesterday I’ve used in the past. Quoted me $900 due to its location and stating it would need paint work. If it was the only paint issue I had I would most likely do it but the truck has a few areas that needs addressed so I’ll wait until then or until it drives me completely crazy

Looks great. No lowered for me tho. Too many wash crossings and dirt roads where im at. I have been lazily looking for that exact same model/style with a 5.3 to make a budget redneck luxury prerunner daily dealio. Maybe a single turbo.

No notch on it. I have bottom out a couple times, however I think once I get bags installed it will solve that problem

Bags will take care of the bottoming out for sure and it helps it ride even better.
