View attachment 779174 View attachment 779175 View attachment 779176 Today we golfed at Lake Las Vegas and like the coarse. I was also suprised at how much building was going on there. Lots of nice homes and some high high end homes.
It looks like it is in full swing. Looks like hundreds of new homes being built.Shit is cheap right now too (I mean comparative to other areas of the same stature around Vegas). I was so sad to see all the businesses and such go away there. We used to love to go have dinner, drink then an ice cream. All the shops near where the casino was is closed. I hope it all gets going again!

If I still had a full swing I wouldn't slice my shots so muchIt looks like it is in full swing. Looks like hundreds of new homes being built.
The Italian restaurant that was down there on the water was excellent.
We have Blue Heron homes in our canyon that pretty nice but price tag $1.5M and up.Blue Heron has a pretty good size subdivision about to open up, simi kustom homes. Lot of 1 off homes being built as well.
My wife and I talk about how good that place was all the time!
My Mom's partner for almost 20 years is full blooded Italian from Milan, His family name is as recognizable as Ford would be in the US, in the Ammunition business, so all the staff would come out to greet him and bullshit in Italian, I think they were mostly from Milan as well. I don't think we ever had anything that was from the menu, they would just roll out course after course. He always remarked that it was the only place he'd ever been to in the US that made food the way they did at home.
There is a place over off the 215 and Eastern called Prosecco that has been around for a few years that is pretty good as well. They have a Tomahawk steak that isn't on the menu, but is rock solid.
1. Lake Last Vegas is north of the Vegas strip about 15 miles. For those of us not in the know....Is this right near Las Vegas? How big is the lake? Is it a boat-able lake? How much for one of those swishy pads?
