I heard the first sale of a burned out lot in Altadena happened recently. Asking was 455, rumor has it went over five. going to be interesting As I know several people that live there and can walk out of my office and see Altadena.

Man, I loved Lahaina, every visit was a great time, but unfortunately with all the bureaucratic BS and how hard it is already to build in Hi, it will take many years or even a generation to rebuild and it just won't be the same

Thank you for posting this. I'm glad I watched it as it provides a lot of interesting information. I'm certain this is the same playbook Newscum is going to use for both Altadena and Malibu/Pacific Palisades.
