Labor day weekend

Whats everyone's plans, Going to the river? Staying home avoiding the crowds?
I am not a fan of the holiday weekends anymore but if the boat was fixed I would be going jus cause we havent gone once this season.

Just hanging out with family this weekend and have a Celebration of Life for a family member that recently passed from pancreatic cancer to attend on Sunday evening.
Other than that just relaxing in the neighbors pool or in the A/C as much as possible as it's going to be a scorcher.

I haven't been out so we are hitting Parker for the weekend, not a ton of boating but from my buddies place we can watch the mayhem drive by.

No concrete plans at the moment. It's all weather dependant. The weekend forecast for my area is 50 to 60% chance of thunderstorms. Not exactally boating weather.

Staying home and getting house stuff done. We found a new housing development here that has 2-5 car garages and you can add on a 36 or 50' RV garage with a workshop off the side of it on up to an acre of land. We are going to prep our house to sell with the plan to get in on one of these.

Well I'm staying home but since I live in Havasu I guess you could say that I'm spending time at the lake. On the other hand I avoid the boating on holidays so I guess you say that I'm avoiding crowds. I'm very confused with how to answer the op's question.

Staying home, we have a local softball tournament and its going to be hot as balls!

My boat is back together and running and I havent taken it out once this season yet. Hoping our schedules mellow out and we can get out in the next couple of weeks before its desert time.

Was hoping to close on the Havasu house by tomorrow but not going to happen. We were going to bring a trailer full of shit out there after the Saturday SC game.

Now it's Norco Fair, Rice vs. SC game, potentially Orange Street Fair, and build a dining table and bed frame for the Havasu House. This will be perfect because my preferred woodworking outdoor temp is 105 degrees

I'm on duty Friday and Saturday, think I'll just hang out in the pool with the family and maybe take my kid down to windsor to watch boats. I was in the water Monday and Tuesday with the family hard to go from an empty lake to crowds. I'm not into the big crowd thing especially having a 2 year old.

Staying home and enjoying the beach weather, Probably hit the RB Elks Lodge Friday evening, Son's having a house warming party Saturday evening, and then riding bikes to Hermosa for a house party and a friends band playing at a Brewery down there.
