What site is that? I’ve been looking for a boating website.MLK weekend and very little mention of it on a large west coast boating website.
Don’t see attendance being high
Shockwave, Cobra, Eliminator and Barron are the only ones I remember seeing.Last year I think they had two west coast performance mfg’s.. it’s not worth the trip for us to go.

Can’t find an exhibitor list anywhereComing up fast.

I agree I like to go and walk around it’s only 20 mins away at max. But if there is nothing to see why go.I think this show is at the end of there road. The Havasu show has more to see and offer
West coast performance boating is a dying industry IMO.Brings me back to my thread recently about west coast build numbers.
The market is not sustainable when you only build 500k price point boats and up. Or only build 10 a year.
Pretty crazy this seems end of an era.
The havasu boat show isn’t great either
Not like the LA shows in the early 2000’s
A little perspective -- the L.A. Boat Show at the convention center downtown averaged 21 to 23 "west coast performance boat" brands exhibiting annually in the early 2000s. The Lake Havasu Boat Show averaged 12 to 14 different "west coast performance boat" brands displaying from 2012 to 2019. I doubt if that era will return anytime soon. The boat shows in the early 2000's were epic. Bought my 247 in 2004 from John West. He had a Stealth with a big system that was hitting hard. That cost me 3k as I opted to take that system.
I think there is some builders that you can still get a decent boat for a decent price Tahiti, Essex, advantage? I know the rest are well into the 300+ range that most people can’t afford.West coast performance boating is a dying industry IMO.
10-15 years from now, I only see DCB and Eliminator being around.
All the other guys have zero models that support your average boater.
I would love to build another cobra but I can’t afford the new boats. Or can’t really justify it I guess even if I couldI think there is some builders that you can still get a decent boat for a decent price Tahiti, Essex, advantage? I saw that Cobra Performance Boats will be there. I also emailed Essex to see if they would be there. Will let you know once they respond.I agree I like to go and walk around it’s only 20 mins away at max. But if there is nothing to see why go.
Cobra has really stepped it up in impressed with their new builds they’ve been doing. Your boat is nice Vic. Would you upgrade to a cat or just a new vee?I would love to build another cobra but I can’t afford the new boats. Or can’t really justify it I guess even if I could
Awesome thank you.I saw that Cobra Performance Boats will be there. I also emailed Essex to see if they would be there. Will let you know once they respond.
More than likely it would be a cobra 260 razor so vee bottom. Really like the hallett 270s too thoughCobra has really stepped it up in impressed with their new builds they’ve been doing. Your boat is nice Vic. Would you upgrade to a cat or just a new vee?
Maybe for custom west coast builders showing off. But they usually have more production boats that are quite busy with people.I think this show is at the end of there road. The Havasu show has more to see and offer
True. If you think about it the market is far bigger for wake boats, pontoons, and fishing boats. It’s just us RDP folk that are into performance lolMaybe for custom west coast builders showing off. But they usually have more production boats that are quite busy with people.
if you are ONLY looking for custom WC power boats then no.
What would a 260 razor go for now? 110-115k or am I way off?More than likely it would be a cobra 260 razor so vee bottom. Really like the hallett 270s too though
I would want a 520 so I’d say closer to 180What would a 260 razor go for now? 110-115k or am I way off?
I miss the 2005-2017 shows. They were the best
The early 2000s LA boat shows were the shit, sad to see what it has turned into.
Back then People were making $100,000 and buying boats for $40-80,000, in a lot of cases, now people are still making $100,000 and those same boats are $250,000+The boat shows in the early 2000's were epic.
