Did a bit of research on her and she flipped and flopped around quite a bit years ago and apparently came to her senses and was let go from Phoenix TV news recently.

She says the right things now and seems to be on a solid conservative path.

Do you know anyone else that has a chance for governor?

I'm not 100% for her, but she seems a decent candidate.

For AZ. news I watched her and Hook at Fox 10 in Phoenix for about 10 years, she always seemed neutral or a little conservative in her reporting, never liberal. Story I heard was it was her choice to leave Fox because they wanted her to lean more left and she wanted none of it. When Trump had his last rally in Phoenix a few months ago he was introducing candidates and she got a standing O and the crowd went nuts, Trump made some comment, but it was obvious he was surprised and impressed. She's really an unknown quantity, but I'll support her until she proves otherwise,

I don't believe she made any kind of speech on air, she just took a leave of absence and a few weeks later posted on her Facebook page she couldn't read the left leaning news any longer.

Was it an audio clip possibly? I heard it on one of the radio shows, and it was her voice...used to watch her when we moved out here. Then I turned off the TV news entirely a few years back.

I have yet to see her plan to curb immigration, uphold all not just the second amendment rights in Arizona not to mention mandatory vaccinations by way of OSHA. The swamp in DC is deep and corrupts the best of them. For now, I wait because there is no way I will vote for the compromised Hobbs.

I am an Az voter. People say Lake is a longshot...the very same people who thought Trump was a longshot. I think there are a lot of people who are just fed up with politicians. If an outsider runs, they have a chance. I'm not deciding now, too many stupid things can be said by any candidate.

True "conservative" and true "liberal" by political standards aren't much different. Both talk about "the working class" and yet very few in power have ever been there. At our current rate, governors will be renamed czars...except us southern states...we may end up with "don's".

If there were no roads, how would you travel from place to place? Some things are actually for the public good but not socialist. Roads being one of them as everybody can use them. Airports not so much as there are ones that are not commercial and only a select few can use them.

Boats most launch ramps are paid for by taxes on the boats. Most out here in the Midwest are privately owned by the marinas. There are some that are state owned. But again paid for by taxes on the boats by boaters.

Amtrack is basically completely funded by the government. Not sure how much of the other companies are paid for by government.
