For what it’s worth, I dated a producer for a bit a couple years ago. she rubbed elbows with a lot of big names and had dated John Mayer and Joseph Gordon Levitt (how she ended up my girlfriend I have no idea, maybe cause she was not an LA native)

She had dinner with Kanye in a group setting and said he came off like he was on a ton of drugs and was all over the map. Not a misunderstood genius, just another drugged out entertainer. And this was before his antics the last few years
