Just got a letter from my daughters school

Apparently she is on track to graduate. I would hope so, she has a 4.21gpa and is ranked 72 out of 466.

Had to brag, that is all

Wife gets the almost daily school texts. Super important to know our daughter has a A+ in Business at 4:50 am.

Thank you. All you can do is shoot from the hip every day as a parent and you don't know if you are hitting the target until late middle school into high school. Being a parent is the hardest most rewarding thing a person can do.

My boy is 25 now, and there is not a day that goes by I don't question my self as a parent.

Congrats man, must be doing that Dad job right.y 14yo is on the same path. My 10yo we get calls that he hit his head with another kid and the other kid has to go home. Yet yours wants to go back to class with a huge bump.

We were just sitting here at the dinner table and my youngest ding-dong step-son reminded us that he failed English last semester and now has to repeat the class on the upcoming summer. Unbelievable.

Some time ago, I would have cared. I've been banging my head against the wall with these damn kids for years, and have gotten tired of being the only one who seems to care. I'm over it.
