If they choose you to go in to be questioned for the jury, when the judge asks you if you can decide impartially, just tell him no. If it involves any type of crime tell the judge as much as you would like to be open-minded, you've already made your own judgement - if a person cannot discern the difference between right and wrong they belong in jail. The lawyer for the defendant will want you off the jury panel.
