I bought a box of twinkies the other day just on a random thought.. We all know the story.

People are literally buying boxes of twinkies from anywhere from 40.00 to 10,000 (on ebay? WTF?)..

I ate two of them, and Stacy told me about the mad rush.. Sold the last 8 for 15.00 bucks.. Some crazy chick is on her way over here to buy them..

So the question of the day.. Should I eat one more and renegotiate? Or perhaps eat one more, and then crack another one when she gets here?

People are nuts..

I was doing the eBay searches yesterday,, talking on the phone with my buddy who was driving home at the same time. He had to stop at two different stores to find some,, one was out of Twinkies (although he bought some zingers and cupcakes), but at the gas station he was able to buy a few of the twin packs of Twinkies, primarily for the novelty after we had been talking about them.

We talked about taking a truck down to the Hostess outlet store and buying everything there to resell.

I bet 5c that the Hostess stuff won't be off the market long, whether the current owners go back to making them, or the brand is sold.

On a different note,, the people at Little Debbies and Mr's Freshleys should be making plans to step up their game this week!

My wife is on this buy/sell website (facebook) for here in Havasu called Mattie attic.. Apparently everywhere in Havasu was sold out of twinkles.. So there was people putting on their will buy twinkles for $$$.

She said to me "want to sell your box of twinkles for 20.00?? And I said. Consider it sold!

The I remembered I ate a couple so I cut the crazy girl a break at 15.00.. There was a line of other crazy people ready to buy them after her for more $$..
