I find this one interesting...In a way, I guess I'm selfish because I really worry more for my kids, than most other humans. Now, the disagreeable part, that's kind of a good thing. I've been disagreeable most of my life. I've been pretty good at staying out of trouble, and being a more passive individual. That also means I have roughly 20 years of anger and aggression. That can be a tool more if chosen as such.

I have no reason to dwell on the country's issues, but ignoring them won't help them either. It's coming down, we are just waiting to see how.

1,062 are “guests”…this includes robots as the current viewer pages clearly shows.
There are 160 “members” logged in. Many are permanently logged in and not actually looking.
Typically the ratio is about 10/1 guests to members.
Any premise or expectations of any sort of privacy is pure folly.
There is no way any thread can be posted with the expectation of 8 billion people (or even 1,222 people) “minding their own business”.
That’s what PM’s, texting, e-mailing, and phone calls are for.

I don't see anything wrong with provoking thought. It's always a better course of action taken if it was given thought beforehand. I have some pretty decent scars that came from not thinking ahead, and yet more from acting on "balls over brains". Listening to your inner "devil's advocate" isn't a bad thing, nor is listening to someone else's.

Your actions may illicit a response from someone else. Not just with flags, but everything we do. Each individual knows their own actions, but the response of others is a variable. Their response, may also be an action. In short, we must respond to that variable. We, as individuals, know how we would respond to our own actions. The "devil's advocate", that may give you insight into other people's minds, and give you a chance to ponder a response, to their response.

Listening, most times, will garner better results than shouting. This is especially true when you are really on the same side.

It was not him that said "take it down". It was him that asked, essentially, to what end would you be willing to fight to keep it there.

Calling each other "keyboard commandos" or such does nothing to sway opinions, one way or another. Why get angry with people who are "in your camp"? Save the hate for those deserving of it.

My position was that while flying the flag inverted may be a display of your feelings and a statement of sorts, it doesn’t really accomplish anything.
Even the poster that actually said to “take it down” didn’t make any suggestion about coming onto anyone’s property.

While Trump was in office, He and MBS had a great relationship. He understood how important this was, despite both sides flaws. Biden comes in and decides that being friends with Iran and screaming about Kashoggi is more important. So shocker that MBS decided that continuing this special relationship was not necessarily in his best interest.

All Biden had to do is pretend that MBS was Hunter and say he had done nothing wrong, and continue the sanctions on Iran. If he was smart enough to understand what will happen to us when no one in the world needs dollars, he would have. But he and everyone around him are complete idiots.

I don’t think any of the Muslim countries are going out of there way to help us or prop up our dollar no matter what happens..
