This thing is pretty bad ass. Could swear I saw someone post it on here as their own.

Either way, down to 13k. Giving it away for all the work into it.

I agree. It’s alot of truck for the money, but man this thing just has way too much going on inside.

There is a lot going on in there. I had to click it after the comment. Still bad ass though!

Besides the screens in the headliner and the chrome vents (easy fix). It’s not that bad. I hate the front end. Never liked that front end even on that year truck.

I agree. It'd be about one million times easier to tone that down than to build one up that nice from scratch. I would swap out the the rims and put a semi stock interior back in with suede / leather two tone. yank the center console out, the tvs in the headliner and call it a day.....Maybe wrap it or paint it. That forest green is not my fav.

Green would be the last color I would choose.

Green....Not for me.13k is not bad if the channel and bags are correct.Should have been red or black with that interior.

If it was black and toned down the interior it would have already sold for high teens!

Without actually seeing it in person to look how the body drop and suspension was done thats a hell of a deal....i agree 100 percent that’ll be WAY cheaper to tone a few things down than to build that from scratch (unless you are capable of doing body drops yourself and have time).

I’d have to have AC though. I wonder if they gutted everything. My bagged and bodied nissan was a blast to drive but man did it suck getting out soaking wet with sweat in the summer. Part of the reason i got rid of it.

Not having ac in my body dropped Tacoma was no big deal when i was 19 years old. But now that I’m old I definitely need the ac!!!

Idk the only negative imho is the green. First thing i OMg’d was the 04 cateye grill. Hardest part of selling my last truck was getting rid of that grill. The interior is bad ass as well imho other than the handle deal in the rear but I’d just build a big glass box for a bunch of 12’s anyway.

I really need some money right now I’m dying i want that bitch.

There is a TON of time and money in this truck. Look at the body lines on the front fender alone.

Yep, owner is giving it away at that price. I'd bet if I took my Tahoe to a shop right now and said, "copy that", it'd be 20k in work easily.

the cats eyes grille is absolutely my least favorite chevy truck grille of all time and I actually really like the look of the stock grille of the 90's chevy's as one of my favorite BUT! I dig the work and the individualistic look of the front swap since it's rare to see a 2door Tahoe with a different front end, so I can appreciate that aspect and would definitely rock that shit. I'd love to own that thing actually. dreading all the $$$ I'm going to be dumping into mine soon.

This one runs around where i live. I was a judge in this car show and we picked it for best interior. I thought i took a pic but can’t find it. It was pretty wild.

Yea, see I think as much as I dislike the cats eyes front end, I don't think they look completely horrible on the 2 door tahoes. Maybe because the shorter stance or maybe because it's just an obvious customization. Dig the flame job on that!

The fenders and hood are factory, just cut to match the front end. Tons of work tho! I prefer the gmc front end over the Chevy cat eyes all day long

I hate that front end on those years but I dont mond it on this Tahoe, so burned out on the Escalade front ends that where done for years like on my old one. Looking at thos I miss mine old you. I had a body drop and air bags, fully shaved and a rag top. I spent big money on factory non tinted rear and side glass. It was the 1st year 1995? Vortec and new dash and I had the 1st generation Escalade front end. I did this in 1997? I did alot of it myself and had MIC do alot, it was sold at Pomana swapmeet with 5k miles on it and went to Japan. I ha a huge notch to the bottom on the windows and 21in Azev staggered wheels.....remember this was late 90's with 21in wheels.

I’m here just tonight only. My buddy is out here for his girls bday party, well they got into a fight a couple of days ago and they wouldn’t let him cancel the room. Figured I’d come out here and do a little bar hoppin with him. I gotta take off back to the valley early tomorrow morning to meet up with my chick. I’ll catch ya next time!

Well, you guys got me all pumped to finally start moving in a positive direction to getting all the shit done to my Tahoe that I want to do.

First step was ordering the rag top....DONE!
Just ordered a 40x80" rag. Black. It'll basically take up the whole roof line. Has to be 80" long to extend past the roof ridges. It'll sit just inside each of the outer roof ridges.

Second step will be to install a new windshield (chips and a couple dings) and fix some rot that started at the upper windshield line.

Third will be to have my buddy wrap it and I'm STRONGLY considering copying the flamed scheme below. Go with a stainless brushed blue flames over charcoal matt

Fourth will be to have a buddy redo all the interior. It's grey clothe and nearly perfect but I want to do black suede headliner, and drk grey leather and black suede 2 tone interior, new black carpet.

Fifth bagging it and new rims will be long term.

I'll start a new thread when we cut the roof but here's what the rags gonna look like -

Same size as these 3 2door hoes:
