Ive never heard of any financing available. Always been the stopping point for us. Dont have a spare 100k laying around. If anyone finds a loan for one of these and its not lame thats a game changer on buying one of these

Since you don't own the land, it will never appraise. Some sellers may carry the loan.

This is what I have been told as well. Several of my River neighbors have loans on there mobiles. The newer ones seem to sale a lot faster and for a lot more because of it.
