The defense (hunter's lawyers) is in big trouble with the courts to start with. The big issue was the defense called in to the court clerk stating they were the prosecution and wanted records suppressed. The specific records being the whistle blowers from the IRS that the prosecution added to the case. The court clerk found the caller to be suspicious, plus the caller's number was determined to be from the defense team's lawyer. The only excuse when confronted in court was the court clerk was confused which was not the case. Court did not accept the defense's excuse. Add to it the buried statement that Hunter would be immune to all future prosecutions killed the plead deal. Normally when this would happen to you or me, the judge would have thrown the book at the defendant. We would not have been walking out without being jailed as we were walking in to pleading guilty. Hunter's defense team actually walked out of the courtroom which stopped the hearing and are in big trouble with the court. As a new fyi, Biden's family income from foreign sources has now risen to 50 million from 17 million. Bidens are guilty, Obama/Clinton was very aware of Biden's scam in 2015, which is why they did not support Biden running, as they will look bad when it all comes out.
