Have a friend that has an olderer boat needing a new interior.
Boat is a small open bow tri-hull style. I don't think he's looking to spend a ton but the interior is shot. Any suggestions in the Santa Clarita, castaic, or SFV areas?

I think the interior shop is across the street but is connected in some way to Roberto's, I used Roberto's for my transom and floor and was pleased with both the outcome and the turnaround time.

I can get the name on my way home tonight, or you can call the above # and get the name from them.

Some,, ahh hell,, most the older catalog boats have common interiors still in production you can order from JC Whitney or Overtons or similar goofy suppliers. Sears used to have a colossal assortment of replacement interiors in their boating/sporting goods catalog,, dunno if they still do.

Ya just pick the type style and color.
And,, it can be really cheap and quick.

Keeping it cheap is the key. Can't be putting earings on a jackass now.

A 10" Cresent wrench and a combo screwdriver and about an hour and you can replace the bulkheads, Deck carpet & seats.
They offer zillions of versions,, all cheap and easy.

Is called Vic's Upholstery. He replaced the carpeting in my Stoker last year.

Thanks guys.
I referred my buddy to overtons. Had heard of that place (Vic's) but could not recall the name earlier.

Appreciate the feedback.

Vic's is a joke! I had some work done there last year, and his work was last than satisfactory, I would never refer anyone there again.

That sort of surprised me. Vic did some reconfiguration work on my interior and he did a good job. Piping colors are not exact, but the interior is original ('87), so I was not expecting a perfect match. Vic's new partner will talk your ear off, but they have been ok for me on small projects.

RitchyRch, what did they charge for new carpet? Vic recommended me to go with an updated neutral gray as replacement for mine.

Surprises me as well to hear a bad review on Vic. He did an awesome job on my Stoker but then again he only replaced the carpeting.

I think he charged me $600 for my carpeting. I went with the charcoal gray color.

I think looks fine. Here are a few pictures for you to judge.

How does that look with the reds? I have the same colors on my boat, and the current carpet color is the original red/burgundy.
