All media is stating they are moving their headquarters to TN. I would bet all payroll gets run out of there too. Then Baldwin park becomes a satellite office.

They will save on CA state taxable income and only have to pay CA sales tax they collect.

I know there was a Christmas Party at a private residence in Laguna, But they will be relocating, probably a good portion of them located in Irvine will be offered relocation packages.

Baldwin Park is a win, But that's from a North OC address. My DIL is on her Financial team located in that building.

Good book agreed, also hard to imagine she kept the Corp office in Irvine all this time must have an emotional connection to loosing her uncle a few miles from there. Also when relocating business to another state usually tax incentives play a large roll on relocation. Roughly 5 years back Georgia was offering large incentives to the movie bus to relocate and have friends in that business that capitalized on those incentives.

Gonna be sad to see it go but I certainly understand, wish the leftatards would wake up instead of woke up.

While they will maintain the CA office they are moving a lot of tax money out of the State of CA.
