Most are stolen. Since not all ATV owners register them, they can't be traced. They're the latest thing, all across the country, for young urban entrepreneurs to be able to go through places that cop cars can't. This makes the commute from their jobs less stressful for them.

Although I don’t agree with this. Couple of thoughts.

-Nice hardware
-Good control when doing 12 o clocks
-Wonder if they can do the same wheelies and such on the dirt.
-Good control in not running into each other when doing wheelies.
- If the government is going to let them get away with this why not just let us ride these in the street, get registered etc. that way I can use my SXS more.

No different than a big weekend in the Havasu channel.
It’s called crowds.

Know your audience, the people you’re with, and weather you should leave. 😉

Me and buddies did the same thing @BoatCop mentioned. Just young troublemakers looking for ways to get from A to B without a license, and lose the cops if needed. We didn't rally the troops and go on a ride, just meet up at a friend's or maybe try to get to your girl's place when her parents were out of town...you know, important stuff!

This stuff, in LA and such, I don't get.

Haven't you guys heard. Traffic enforcement is RACIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well at least that is what the California Legislature believes which is why most of the minor traffic offenses are not being enforced or charged through our court system. Sure, you can still issue citations and arrest people. but it will go nowhere, and eventually those citations and or arrests will be used against you in a civil trial with allegations of racism and a payout... hopefully not from the cops own pockets.

Traffic was never by thing, but it was a great way to conduct investigations into much bigger issues, which of course is another target because we can't be arresting people for actual crimes anymore.

I like riding my bike…so after watching those videos a reasonable person concludes that they need more black friends……

You know to ride……urban riding……

Remember when us rubes used to be afraid to operate our vehicles on the wrong side of the law (regardless of what type of vehicle). We followed the law and were afraid of the cops

Boy were we fucking wrong

I need a close place to take the Kids to ride there durtbikes. My Nieces house in Compton is 15 minutes away Lol. Her Man told me they ride all through the neighborhood. Last time I was there I even saw a Guy riding a horse down the main street.

Last year We were riding bikes in Hermosa and a group rode by us on there dirtbikes. Cruising the strand.

I'm not prejudice or racist in any way shape or form but I think it's very clear. You can't do it because you don't have the black privilege card.

Most anyone can learn to ride wheelies in a few days. It requires little skill. My 11 year old has been doing them for quite some time and started on my pit bike. After he got the hang of it, he can do it on any bike. Jumping and railing turns takes skill.
