He would absolutely be indicted.

Disseminating National Security information, documents, sources and methods is and should be taken quite serious as it puts the whole nation at risk. And then engaging in a conspiracy to cover it up just makes the case even stronger.

If this was just about the election, no reason to indict his personal valet and security individual who are going to end up in jail for quite a long period if the government proves their case as outlined in the indictment and superseding indictment.

This isn’t about politics, it is about National Security and protecting it from those who freely choose not to in violation of the law.

Charge her too.

No one should be above the law.

And we certainly as conservatives should demand a candidate better than someone who treats our National Security equal to or less than HRC and Biden.
I think taking documents to other offices ends up standard operating procedure. Personally I like Trump’s policies so much that I believe him before the lifetime politicians and FBI cronnies. If you can’t prove the Biden’s money laundering scheme and you think you can nail Trump you’re choosing what to see.

That isn't what he was indicted for in the initial or superseding indictment.

I can only see what the indictment says.

I Look forward to the trial and the defense as it will certainly be interesting given the facts laid out in the indictment.

I have to agree with Trump on this topic.

Anyone who engages in such actions should be “locked up”.

Hard to argue with his own logic applying to all three of them.

Trump was correct. “Lock them up”.

What document Dan? There is no proof of nothing. he has that presidential privilege to declassify what ever he wants .
It’s all made up , here say .

They got nothing . No proof of anything
Just a bunch of made up bullshit. Trying to find a crime . 8 years of wasted time and money.
That you’re ok with.
Some conservative you are.

They are throwing everything at trump
And nothing sticks .
His poll numbers go up and your crying tears are getting bigger.

Your government, have sold out this country . Even your corrupt so called conservatives.
Get a grip.

How anyone, including yourself , can not see what’s going on . Is beyond comprehension.

Then he and all his supporters should argue for a speedy trial where he can be found not guilty by a jury of his peers.

It’s up to the prosecutors to prove the alleged facts that you insist do not exist. The indictment alleges many facts and evidence of violations of the law.

Im open minded to see how it plays out.

Any honest person that is not retarded knows why they are going after Trump. If he would have bowed out of politics none of this would be happening. This is a political prosecution, just like you see in third world countries.

The Clinton tapes in his skivies drawer precedent is all The 'Don needs. Court? Bring it.

In a fair court, before a fair judge.

These DC Grand Juries are a joke.

The Grand Jury for this indictment was in Florida where the district voted in a strong majority for Trump in the election.

The argument that a grand jury in Palm Beach Florida is somehow biased against Trump is at best hopeful.

Lol at the defense of selective enforcement.

Here's how the trial will play out, you took "national secrets" but we can't tell you or the public what they were, and your lawyers are also not allowed to view them either because of "national security" 🤡🤡🤡🤡

Let the system to fully devolve into it's final form.

Yes, the charges were filed in Florida.
However, Jack Smith works in Washington for Washington.

But let's be real, DOJ's Jumpin Jack dances for DC.

Months of Grand Jury proceedings in DC preceeded the presentation of so called and unrefuted evidence to the charging GJ in Florida.

Good luck finding and unbiased juror anywhere who would risk the wrath of Biden's DOJ, FBI, DHS, IRS. etc, by saying no to an indictment of Trump.
Would you? !°°!

As you are fully aware, the only documents included in the indictment are being put in a secure location and proper security clearances are being vetted and provided for his legal team.

Secondly, the real crime, like in most cases, is not the documents themselves but the cover up and the conspiracy. And for those allegations the documents and their contents are irrelevant, only the question of how the request to return was handled. It is a pretty straight forward evidentiary question. Did multiple individuals conspire to play hide the ball with these documents? If they really believed they were entitled to them, all they had to do was state that we have them and file a motion to keep them.

But allegedly they played hide the ball including alleged false sworn affidavits deniing any responsive documents what so ever which even you can admit is not the behavior of an innocent party. The documents themselves are immaterial, the alleged illegal act for these 17 charges is the conduct once the government requested that their property be returned.

Now do Hillary and all her mishandling of classified info.
Hillary only got off because of Bill Clinton. Whatever Bill said to DOJ Lynch on the Phoenix tarmac on the Tuesday prior to the scheduled DOJ interview. That DOJ interview with Hillary was on the following Saturday at the Clinton's residence. The interview was not done under oath and was not recorded. DOJ dropped the case after that interview. I actually read some of Hillary's emails at the time. The one that no one caught on or never reported on surprised me. The home server was ported into the state departments system. There was an email going to the state department's IT stating the server could not connect to the state department's system. To fix the problem, the state department IT had to bringdown the system's firewall to re-establish the connection, this was done during online hours. I was IT for 30 years. I would have been fired for that without question. Plus, we have to know what type of protection Hillary's server had to keep foreign nations getting access to the state's system through her ported server.

Trying to justify a two-tiered justice system and Banana Republic, while constantly referencing the Constitution……..priceless!!!! 🤣

Do you mean conspiring to.destroy evidence like smashing your blackberrys with a hammer, data wiping your server? (Hillary)

Or several of the members of your investigation team convenienty putting their phones in airplane mode with the wifi off, then forgetting the password you have used daily for the last 2 years and entering the wrong one 10 times wiping the phone's data? (Weisman/Mueller)?

Things we actually know happened.

Or are you just talking about more false allegations made against Trump that are just traps to attempt generating process crimes, and propaganda headlines, that he just magically seems to keep navigating around, almost like they were completely baseless from the get go....

🤣🤣🤣

Comey himself said no reasonable prosecutor would try a case like that, so does that make Jack Smith an unreasonable one? 🤣🤣🤣
