I was robbed this morning...

Robbed of the opportunity to shit in a slip squatters cooler. As I trotted merrily down the dock with a cable lock in hand, holding back a heavy dose of the holiday hangover beer shits, humming "its a great day to be alive" excited for my vengeance..... I suddenly felt an overwhelming sense of sadness seeing down the way said deck boat offender backing out..and idling away. Robbing me of my opportunity to deposit his just reward into his cooler and lock it to the dock. I will someday be able to claim my vengeance, in this life or the next!!

Hope I gave some of you a laugh...enjoy the holiday weekend everyone! Except you squatter...I'm coming for your cooler when you least expect it!

You as well, it's been honestly great until 5 min ago...the iPhone rang..and vibrated into the pool....now I think it's dead and will be time for a replacement. Its in rice at the moment..screen was freaking out. for some reason I though it was like 5ft or something on these newer ones... Oh well being inaccessible has its perks sometimes.

I think it happens a fair amount but not necessarily 100% intentionally...a lot don't use their slips much. so they never know.... Marina is packed this weekend however. One of the most full I've ever seen it. I'm sure mistakes were made...the one next to me is in the rental pool and I wouldn't' at all be shocked if the guy wasn't just in the wrong one. its more common on certain docks I think because of the mix of rental vs not on said docks. This is the first one I've had in a LONG time..since the extensions were added long...I wasn't mad...its just a running joke at this point. I don't get pissed really unless you move my chain/bouy. That enough should signal you're not where you should be.
