Looking for a flashing like this that is made for new construction with stucco finish.

Do they make a nice one with a stucco flange?

I just finished a new build for HVAC guy and he used a roof flashing with rubber boot from lowes. It worked but doesn't look as clean. As it could if it had a flange.

These arent too bad. They are designed to be used with their wrap that goes over the pipe insulation. A lineset cover is required per CA code (or at least it is in commercial, is that true in residential @Riverbound ?) so it helps that they are desinged to work together and flow nicely. Still not the best integration onto a stucco wall in my opinion (appearance wise), but works well when done right.

They have that titan 1 in stock. But that is for a house with existing stucco not new construction.

This is a dryer vent but I figured they would have something like it for a line set. Much easier to waterproof and looks clean when stucco.is finished.

Sort of a thread jack. My dryer is on an interior wall. the vent Is in the wall I cannot find an exterior exit. Is it possible they would vent it to the second story attic?

Is it slab or raised foundation? I have seen a lot of them just blow under the house.

Roof would get plugged up. And by code it's supposed to exit within 11' or have a inline powered blower added.
