He's toast, unless there's another OJ Simpson jury nullification verdict.

The tax evasion trial should also be a slam dunk, but we've become a nation of fucktards.

A federal grand jury returned a nine-count indictment today charging Robert Hunter Biden (Hunter Biden) with three felony tax offenses and six misdemeanor tax offenses.

According to the indictment, Hunter Biden engaged in a four-year scheme in which he chose not to pay at least $1.4 million in self-assessed federal taxes he owed for tax years 2016 through 2019 and to evade the assessment of taxes for tax year 2018 when he filed false returns. As alleged in the indictment, to further this scheme, Hunter Biden:

subverted the payroll and tax withholding process of his own company by withdrawing millions outside of the payroll and tax withholding process;
spent millions of dollars on an extravagant lifestyle rather than paying his tax bills;

in 2018, stopped paying his outstanding and overdue taxes for tax year 2015;
willfully failed to pay his 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 taxes on time, despite having access to funds to pay some or all of these taxes;

willfully failed to file his 2017 and 2018 tax returns, on time; and
when he did finally file his 2018 returns, included false business deductions in order to reduce the very substantial tax liability he faced as of February 2020.

Zero chance he is found guilty.

Just like there is zero chance Trump could ever be innocent.

The fix is in face it.

Democrats are professional cheaters. I’m starting to think we do t have a chance in November either.

They won it once, they have won every trial. What is magically going to change? Not a damn thing! Damn Trump nut huggers are so damn stupid we think if we bang the Trump drum harder and louder we will win.

I’m just so damn fed up with Republicans claiming we are going to do this and we are going to do that. We never change or strategy and then act surprised when we loose.

We are getting played by the system. It’s high time we admit it.

Agree, he‘s going to skate. The only saving grace is that the trial judge is the one who spotted and questioned the bogus plea deal that ultimately fell apart. Even so, I don’t know how the judge can find him guilty when the jury comes back with “ Hunter had a troubled childhood, so it’s not his fault and we can’t hold him responsible”.

Did Joe shower with him too?

I read an opinion piece today in which the author speculated Hunter could be a sacrificial lamb, giving the Dems the ability to say “see, justice isn’t two-tiered”. After all, Hunter has no career to ruin anyway.

On the other hand, I find it disturbing that Joe visited Beau’s widow, Hallie Biden, last week, considering she is a witness against Hunter.

I got a question.. Fox earlier today said he’s being charged with like 30 felonies on this gin charge..

What are the 30 felonies? Doesn’t that seem excessive for just lying on a fire arm application?

Don’t get me wrong I think the guy is crooked AF and that entire family should burn in hell..

But damn.. 30 felonies? WTF?

I’m still trying to figure out how they charged Trump with 34 felonies.. Guilty innocent doesn’t matter.. how the f can you end up
With the potential of 136 years at sentencing for paying off a lawyer and calling it a campaign expense?

Both seem crazy to me?

Joe will Pardon Hunter if somehow, he is facing any prison time. If he gets convicted but they don't give him any time I don't think Hunter will care. It's a no-lose situation for Hunter.

It's only 3 federal charges. Purchase of the gun, possession of the gun while being an addict and lying on the form.

I would venture to say that most if not all business owners here have written off as much or more personal expenses on their business than Trump was just convicted on.
Just my bet.
The whole system is rigged and the American People are the losing fools of the corrupt elites.
I never thought I would say this but I just can't trust our elections anymore and I don't trust our legal system either.

Jury makeup favors Hunter according to what has been released so far. Not getting a conviction.

Pretty ridiculous that seven of twelve jurors have close family members that had addiction issues. Being fucked up isn't a defense for criminality, but it's sure being used by Joe and the lawyers.

I just hope Joe didn’t falsely any business files in an effort to cover this up. That would be a felony.

Supposedly the defense says the document was altered. That Biden didn't check the "no" box where it asks if he is addicted to drugs.🤣
Well, technically it doesn't matter who checked the box. It matters who signed the application with that checked box. But then again, it's all about Bidens!!!!

That, plus the Biden intimidation machine in full motion - sleepy Joe visiting his former daughter in law, a key witness in the trial days before it’s set to start, and ”Dr.” Jill attending jury selection. Then there is Joe’s claim to not say anything either for or against his junkie son’s trial, then putting out official statements to the press how his kid has done nothing wrong, etc. The entire family should be in jail for a long, long time.
