Yesterday I looked in my tool box and my gun work bench and came up with these. I think there is more in the boat and the SXS.
what about left and right????You need 2, a metric one and a standard one.
I have almost that many channel locks. Not quite that many pipe wrenches. But picked up this 36" ridgid, 5 vise grips and a smooth jaw channel lock last week at yard sale. Plumber that lives next block over selling. 40 years of tools. Package deal. $40 for the wrenches along with a bunch of other stuff I bought. View attachment 1201160
Right? I’d call Gramp’s collection “A good start.”You can never have enough tools!
Right?I have about 12 but don’t think I’ve ever bought one. They just seem to show up.
That’s a combo metric/SAE!!! Wow!
Saw something like this on a job years back.Sometimes you need more...

I don't have any. As a kid, my dad had a couple vintage MG's. I was probably around 10-12 and was working on one of the cars. Something simple, I'm sure. My dad came out to "observe" and I was attempting to use a Crescent wrench on a stubborn bolt. He lit me up! Took the tool from my hand and threw it into the back yard. He said don't ever use one of "those tools" on my cars. I guess it stuck.Yesterday I looked in my tool box and my gun work bench and came up with these. I think there is more in the boat and the SXS.
