Honda Mechanic Needed Santa clarita, Burbank

(1986 Honda Accord) In short broke a timing belt, turns out after fixing that i got a F'd-up valve. Compression check shows 140, 139, 140, 86
The place that did the work wants about $1050.00 to fix. is this in the ballpark or is this high?

Anyone with a place they reccomend/trust?

That's who i used, and have used in the past for some repairs. I have been pleased with them so far. I was just kind of looking for options, or if the price is in the right neighborhood.

He is the BEST Honda/Acura mechanic in the area and will not fock you.

He will treat you good. Might not be the best looking place but they do excellent work and will not rape you on charges.

Tell him Rich with the Monte Carlo and the green Civic sent you.

Just spoke with him so he knows you will be calling. He said the quote you got was high.
