Angie and I went and saw it last night in LHC. There where three couples and a single guy in the audience, so not a stellar turnout.

We enjoy going to the movie theater and do it often, we enjoy Angel Studios productions as well.

The movie plays more like a Netflix or Amazon series and in fact this was the beginning of a series of shows that will play somewhere, I'm not sure where.

The story is another play on how things go when the SHTF in the United States. There are some holes so big you can drive a truck through them, but with the short time frame of the movie, it seems a common issue. I would not call this a great movie, but it was worth the price we paid and the 2 hours we traded for some entertainment.

However, the film explores some situations that you might not have considered in your vision of an apocalyptic situation. For those scenes alone I would suggest the movie to anyone who remotely considers preparation for disruptive events. The film is very faith based, so if you are triggered by that, than don't waste your time.

I will watch it on my box.

Last time I went to the movies they wouldnt let me pay at the window and told me I needed reservations. I laughed and walked away.
