A friend of mine has some a rental property with a few options for boat storage. The property has 2 homes for rent and multiple spots for indoor boat or RV storage. There is some outside RV storage possibly too. The property is in Havasu Heights so would be easy access coming from the 40 side to grab your boat. You could make a cool compound with some friends with the 2 homes and a few RV,s for a cool party spot for the weekends.

Oh yea! for sure. Already has a guest house and pool. Nice big property and it has like 6 RV pad / hookups too. It's set up for a good time! LOL
