I made a quick $85k buying Pfizer calls in 2020. The next year is going to be good if you’re hooked up in the right channels, and have money to invest.
I’m somewhat building cash at this point. Ford is paying out 7%, has been great. I got in at a great price, so any volatility is ignored as the dividend checks have been reliable. It’s still kind of cheap. I buy more any time it drop below $10
Next Fall my 5% two year T-Bills are finished, and I’ll be hunting for more dividend income.

When the market went crazy and Tesla rallied during COVID I bought a used diesel pusher with just my Tesla profits. Would be nice to upgrade with more Tesla profits coming in lately.

It did feel good buying a diesel smoke emitting monster with gains from the electric movement

I have to wait until it goes through the wash cycle before it gets to me. I do office construction and when the market is strong and businesses are making money then they're spending money and we get busy and more profitable. I can't wait!!!!!!
